  • To keep the event gender balanced, we currently can only accept groups with both men and women or men only. Women without a male booking partner will go on a waiting list.
  • If you wish to stay between two Tango weekends please contact us. It will be £195pp (two people sharing).
Three Nights From £
  • A £20 deposit secures each place until 5 weeks prior to the event when a reminder will be emailed to you to pay the balance.
Making Your Booking
In order to make your booking, you will need to:
  • Complete all sections of this form on screen and click 'Submit' at the bottom of the page.
  • Wait a few seconds for a confirmation screen to say we have received your booking.
  • Check your inbox (and junk folder if necessary) for our confirmation email and ensure that all booking details are correct.
  • Follow the instructions on our confirmation email to make payment.
Once we have received your payment we will send you confirmation email and your booking is then secure.

Additional Information
Please note that deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative event. Each £20 deposit holds one place up until five weeks before the event. Failure to pay all balances (on behalf of all persons) by five weeks prior to the event could forfeit your place(s). Cancellations must be acknowledged by Rock Bottoms to be valid. For cancellations made within five weeks of the event (up to the day before the event), we will refund 50% of your payment. Alternatively, you are welcome to pass your place on to a friend (please let us know if you do). Cancellation refunds will not be made until after the event.
