Hev will be in touch shortly to confirm your booking and let you know how to pay — your deposit is what locks in your place, so once that’s paid you’re on the list!
If you’d like to pay in full straight away you’re very welcome to, otherwise just the deposit for now with the remaining balance due at least five weeks before the event.

Please Note
Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to an alternative event.
Each £20 deposit holds one place up until five weeks before the event.
You will receive an email from us requesting your balance when it is due.
Failure to pay all balances (on behalf of all persons) by five weeks prior to the event could forfeit your place(s).
Cancellations must be acknowledged by Rock Bottoms to be valid.
For cancellations made within five weeks of the event (up to the day before the event), we will refund 50% of your payment.
Alternatively, you are welcome to pass your place on to a friend (please contact Hev before you do).
Cancellation refunds will not be made until after the event.
