Lindy Hop Weekend Overview

We are excited to announce our next Lindy Hop weekend at the beautiful Victoria Hotel in Torquay, part of the esteemed TLH group.
Following the success of our last event at the Derwent Hotel, we are thrilled to continue offering you top-notch facilities for an unforgettable dance experience.
Join us for a weekend of swing, dance, and joy in the heart of Torquay!



Experience a weekend filled with high-quality workshops and freestyles designed specifically for Lindy Hop and Balboa dancers.
this weekender provides workshops in Lindy Hop ranging from Improver to Advanced levels, as well as workshops in Balboa at the Improver and Intermediate/Advanced levels.


In the evenings, you can dance the night away in the main hall with Lindy Hop, and in a separate venue, we offer Balboa followed by Blues for those who want to switch things up.
To top it off, Saturday night's highlight will be the spectacular Teachers' Cabaret that you won't want to miss.

More About the Weekend
Your weekend package includes en-suite accommodation for three nights in this lovely hotel. Just £20 deposit secures your place. You get breakfast and 3 course evening meals with waiter service and delicious food! You get a huge choice of workshops running throughout Saturday and Sunday. You get fabulous freestyles each night with a party atmosphere - including a spectacular cabaret on Saturday night. You get free access to many of the hotel facilities.
And you get well looked after by all the Hotel Staff and the Rock Bottoms team.

The Teachers
We select teachers who deliver inspiring workshops and perform dazzling cabarets. But just as important, teachers who love their dancing and get out on the social dance floor with all of you.

The Hotel

The TLH Leisure Resort, with its grand ballrooms, abundance of leisure facilities, and its ideal holiday resort location, is simply the best hotel complex for any dance holiday in the entire UK. Leisure facilities include an impressive indoor swimming complex with 25m laned pool, leisure pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room.
 


Schedule


You may check into the hotel any time after 3pm on Fri. You must check out of your room by 10:30am Monday. Workshops run continuously between 10am and 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Evening dances run Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8:30pm.

Booking
A £20 deposit holds each place until 5 weeks before the event. You may check availability over the phone but please complete our form to make your booking. Currently we accept payment by bank transfer.
